Excellent for hot water and low pressure steam services

EPDM is excellent for hot water and low pressure steam services. This synthetic material has good resistance to mild acids, alkalies, salts and chlorine solutions. Its temperature range would be between -28°C to 150°C.
It’s often used in less critical pharmaceutical systems and is also preferred for cleaning and passivation procedures, because it’s the most economical gasket. Available in standard and flanged type.
